Speed : For faster, or more urgent deliveries
Estimate Delivery: Deliveries are made within 5-10 business days.
Best For: Lightweight or fragile items

By Ship
Speed :Economical and eco-friendly, but slower
Estimate Delivery: Deliveries are made within 5-10 working weeks.
Best For : Bulk or Large/Heavy items.

2. Shipping Cost

The prices that you see during checkout already includes the shipping prices, and no additional fees or charge will be charged

The absorbed shipping prices are made to provide a seamless shopping experience.

3. Tracking Your Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email provided by the shipping company.

4. International Shipping 

​

Buyer are responsible for custom fees, taxes, or import duties in their country.

We will provide all necessary export documentation for a smooth custom clearance.

5. Damage or Lost Packages

​

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days with photo of the damage and packaging. We will issue a refund or replacement.

If your packages are lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
